Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Amendments

ShipHit reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or negotiations.
